Terms and Conditions for Application

1. Application Process

9. Intellectual Property

- By submitting materials, applicants grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the materials for the purpose of evaluating the application.

10. Accuracy of Information
- Applicants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of all information provided in their applications.
- The Company reserves the right to verify any information provided by applicants and to take appropriate action in cases of misrepresentation or fraud.

11. Amendment of Terms

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Indemnity Clause

1. Indemnification
- By submitting an application through Success Call Limited ("the Company"), you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
  - Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you;
  - Any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights by you;
  - Any misrepresentation or fraud committed by you in the application process;
  - Any claims or disputes between you and third parties related to your application or the services provided by the Company.

2. Defense and Settlement
- The Company reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with the Company in asserting any available defenses. You shall not settle any such matter without the prior written consent of the Company.

3. Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or licensors be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your application or the services provided by the Company, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Survival
- This indemnity clause shall survive the termination of your application and the completion of the services provided by the Company.

5. Governing Law
- These indemnity provisions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country].

- By submitting an application through Success Call Limited ("the Company"), you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

- The application fee paid for processing, if applicable, is non-refundable.

With this addition, it's explicitly stated in both the Terms and Conditions and the Indemnity Clause that any application fee paid for processing is non-refundable.
